We are a boutique Consultancy firm designed to service SMEs in the area of equity financing, mergers & acquisitions and IPO preparations. Our aim is to help SMEs all over the world, to **fast track **their companies’ growth leveraging on the know-how and execution of Capital mechanism. We wanted to develop not only convectional but **Capital Entrepreneurs. **We are creating a vibrant Asia Capital Community with our membership program and via our preview events, whereby we openly and generously share to proliferate the ‘’power’’ of capital. Through our deep understanding of the pain points of SMEs, we tailor-make each and every of our program to hand hold aspiring SMEs to prepare them for their exciting corporatisation journey toward public listing **(IPO) **and beyond.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a Minimum of [2] years’ experience in sales selling to SMEs preferably in related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and position solutions accordingly.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure profitable agreements.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Familiarity with business and financial consultancy concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

**COMPENSATION**
- Basic + Commission + Incentives + Bonus + Employee Share option
- S$60-150K annually
