Overview
Re7 Capital is a London-based crypto-asset investment firm, utilising our deep crypto network and proprietary data infrastructure to drive investment decisions for a number of Long Only and Delta Neutral DeFi Yield strategies. We also work with leading projects and blockchains to design and build their DeFi ecosystem, provide on-chain risk curation and vault management services through Re7 Labs. Re7 has a dynamic team with a strong background in investment management, data science and digital assets.
Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients with the focus on tier-1 allocators
Define, lead and execute the firm's business development strategy
Provide strong leadership to the sales team
Ensure support materials showcase the firm to the highest levels
Provide a feedback loop to ensure the product suite reflects latest trends
Requirements
Previous crypto experience is not essential, however experience of raising capital for a crypto fund would of course be beneficial. Certainly, a demonstrable interest in the asset class is important
Proven track record of developing and converting a pipeline of new business
15+ years of financial institution sales experience & leadership
Experience building relationships with a top-tier investor base
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence a network of long-term relationships
Strong work ethic and results focused, taking ownership and accountability for consistent results
Ability to work independently and in a high octane, fast paced environment
