The Singapore office is looking out for creative, industrious, ambitious and team members with a global mindset to embark on the exciting journey to become a global leader in digital content.
The Sales Manager will be based in Singapore (COL’s SEA HQ) to build and maintain strong relationships with SEA key partners such as video streaming platforms, video content providers or organizations that are good prospects for COL licensed content including microdramas, animes, manga and audio content. In addition, the sales manager is also responsible for managing licensing and merchandise retailers for COL’s IP such as “Legend of Hei” (Anime movie launch in Q4 2025). The Sales Manager is expected to establish sales processes such as generating sales invoices, managing orders, maintaining sales catalogs and shipping export documentation. Successful project and program execution will require excellent communication skills and collaboration with various internal teams, retail accounts, licensing partners and other agencies/suppliers to meet customer expectations and contribute to the overall growth and success of COL.
**Overall Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales revenue through regional content sales
- Maintain good relationships with existing partners while growing new relationships
- Assist in negotiating contracts, licensing agreements, and terms of partnership to maximize profitability and brand exposure.
- Act as main point of contact for accounts, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Understand clients’ promotional objectives, target audience, budget and deadline constraints to offer tailored collectible merchandise solutions and retail programs
- Work closely with product development team to identify new collectibles opportunities and guide the creation of innovative products.
- Monitor product performance and adjust strategies based on sales and customer feedback
- Create compelling proposals & presentations that showcase the value of our products and services
- Compile Sales Reports
- Facilitate the order process from ideation through delivery, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated to internal teams.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams (design, logistics, product development, import, purchasing etc) to deliver on spec and on time.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues to ensure a high level of customer retention.
- Exude high levels of professionalism when interacting with clients, internal partners and external vendors and agencies
**Requirements and skills**:
- Energetic self-starter who exudes accountability, urgency and passion; able to work independently and be proactive
- Possesses good command in English and Mandarin
- Creativity and experience in merchandise. Ability to come up with out of the box, fresh new ideas
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and orders simultaneously

- Flexible team player
- Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service and presentation skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively
