
Admin Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Job Description & Responsibilities- Generates and/ or retrieves list of addresses from SAP;
- Print and mail out letters to addresses generated;
- Ordering of stationery related to mailing of letters;
- Using of RPA bot to verify HDB addresses;
- Assist in distributing of list of addresses for inspectors to go for sites verification;
- Assist in billing of our inspection services; and
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties related to housing inspection and verification.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details.
- Meticulous and process-oriented.

- 1 year contract
- Working Location: Bedok
- 5 Days work week
