Reporting to the Manager, Administration, responsible for office admin related matters.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with daily administrative and office duties such as answering phone calls, attending to visitors, courier, inventory control, stock replenishment, pantry / stationary ordering and mail collection, arrangement of wreaths, get well baskets and hampers etc.
- Vendor and facility management e.g. scheduling and follow ups on maintenances
- Manages and executes orders through a life cycle e.g. sourcing for quotation, PO creation, service delivery and payment coordination
- Maintain proper documentation of plans, contracts and agreements and ensure accuracy in contractual terms
- Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and policies
- Managing and rendering support to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with workplace safety and health related matters as well as renovations, relocations space planning and A&A works.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects relating to department’s functions

**Requirements**:

- GCE O/A Level/Diploma in any discipline with 1-3 years office admin and reception experiences
- Ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline
- Organized, meticulous and possesses initiative
- Able to work independently or in a team
