**Role Summary**
- You’ll be responsible for driving measurable results through lead engagement, nurturing flows, and campaign automation — while owning the tech stack, A/B testing, and CRM hygiene across ActiveCampaign.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, optimise, and maintain **CRM flows in ActiveCampaign**, including lead scoring, segmentation, tagging, and automation logic.
- Conduct regular **A/B testing** of creatives, send times, messaging, and CTAs to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with the **growth, design and sales**to align messaging with campaign goals.
- Stay updated on AI tools, automation strategies, and best-in-class lead nurturing practices.

**Tools You'll Use**
- **Slack** (internal communication)
- **Asana** (campaign planning & workflow)
- **AI tools** (e.g. ChatGPT, etc. for content scaling and testing)

**Requirements**:

- Strong **data-driven mindset** — able to segment databases, personalise content, and design workflows that align with customer journeys
- Familiar with **Slack, Asana**, and agile marketing workflows in fast-paced teams
- Bonus: Experience in **EdTech** or **direct-to-consumer (DTC)** brands.
- Experience with API integrations (e.g., using Zapier to connect Typeform, Meta Lead Ads, Google Leads, and other platforms for seamless lead flow automation).
