What You Will Do:

- Assist in the formulation of digital/social media strategies to build an effective and optimized digital connection with clients
- Plan, build and grow the ongoing company and brand presence on owned social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Provide creative ideas and manage the development of relevant, engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms to increase company and brand awareness
- Manage and implement digital advertising campaigns (SEM, display, social media, programmatic, etc.)
- Monitor performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, competitive marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team to develop optimization plans
- Ensure brand communication guidelines are always respected in all modes of communication in accordance to the Brand Guide to establish a strong brand identity
- Maintain partnerships with external agencies and vendors
- Simple Ui design for e-learning, web design and collaterals such as infographics, guides and presentation slides
