**Our Client**:
Our client operates a competitive energy and infrastructure solutions & services. They are actively looking to hire an Executive/Senior Executive Commercial to join their Power and Renewables Department in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for supporting the growth of the Power and Renewables Department, especially in the development of Overseas and Singapore Projects related with Power Generation and Transmission
- Lead and manage the development and implementation of HVDC Converter Station Projects to enable the transmission of Renewable Power to Singapore
- Lead and manage the interface with internal and external stakeholders and with related Authorities and Agencies to ensure the development and implementation of HVDC Converter Station Projects
- Manage the HSE, Budget and Legal Compliance of the HVDC Converter Stations Projects
- Support the Power and Renewable Department in whichever duties and responsibilities assigned related with the development of Overseas and Singapore Projects related with Power Generation and Transmission

- As an integrated energy platform, we have been developing new business opportunities and projects in the renewables space:

- Being the first entity to be issued an electricity importer licence by EMA to import hydropower from Lao PDR to Singapore via the Lao PDR-Thailand-Malaysia-Singapore Power Integration Project (LTMS-PIP) (ii) piloting Singapore's first membrane-based nearshore floating solar photovoltaic (PV) system at Jurong Island and (iii) offering distributed solar PV and infrastructure to help customers decarbonise their operations
- Involved in business development and structure commercial agreements for solar/renewable projects including:

- Developing pricing strategies and financial models
- Developing, review, and overseeing long term agreements, including stakeholders management, contract management and billing management with both upstream and downstream partners
- Preparing/developing commercial terms for joint ventures, consortium and various project arrangements entered into by the company
- Prepare monthly project reports and other commercial related documentation/reports
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required by immediate supervisor/ the head of department from time-to-time

**The Requirements**:

- Degree in any Engineering / Business Administration / Economics discipline
- For Assistant Manager: Minimum 4 years of relevant commercial and management experience
- Able to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a good team player
