We are looking for an accounting professional who will oversee day-to-day finance, accounting, and administrative matters for our Shared Service Center (ASSC). You will coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and timely submission of monthly reports.

**What you will do**
- Oversee day-to-day finance, accounting, and administrative matters for the ASSC.
- Coordinate with ASSC, R&D Controlling, G&A Controlling, Sales and Marketing Controlling, and various stakeholders to ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and submission of monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with Global Key Accounts & Global Marketing Finance Business Partner to ensure accurate recording of costs/revenue and update the aging status with Key Accounts Customer.
- Work with the IT team to resolve system issues.
- Liaise with group accounting, tax, human resources, and legal departments to ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors to complete audits for group reporting and local statutory financial statements.

**What you bring**
- Diploma or degree in Accountancy or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
- Knowledgeable in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Experience in audit firms or an MNC environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
