**Job Description**:
As an intern, you will be actively involved in understanding the nuances of E&C policies across the diverse Asia Pacific region. This entails:
1. Policy and Procedure Review: You will be tasked with carefully examining existing internal E&C policies and procedures. This includes understanding their intent, scope, and specific requirements.

2. Regulatory Research: You will assist in researching and understanding the relevant ethics and compliance laws, regulations, and guidelines specific to different countries within APAC. This might involve looking into anti-corruption laws, data privacy regulations, competition laws, and industry-specific requirements.

3. Comparative Analysis: A key part of this task will be comparing policies and procedures across different business units or countries within APAC. You will help identify inconsistencies, overlaps, and areas where harmonization is needed.

4. Documentation and Reporting: You will assist in documenting Compliance monitoring outcomes, including creating spreadsheets, summaries, and potentially contributing to reports outlining areas for improvement and potential risks.

6. Contributing to Harmonization Efforts: Your analysis and insights will contribute valuable information to the team's efforts in developing more consistent and compliant regional policies and procedures.
