Our Client

Our client is a Market leader in the Logistics Industry and they are now seeking an experienced Compliance & Ethics Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Role
- Management and implementation of all compliance and ethics related modules of the companies like anti-fraud, anti-bribery, Company’s whistleblowing, anti-money laundering, etc. across the region.
- Participate in a risk assessment annually and formulate compliance plans geared at developing and improving policies and procedures
- Perform compliance risk assessments, performance monitoring and reporting
- Develop ongoing monitoring and surveillance of key current and emerging compliance risks.
- Ensure that appropriate compliance due diligence reviews are conducted on all new acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with members of the business and work proactively with them to identify, mitigate and address compliance risk.

To Qualify
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
