**What the role is**
- As a Manager/ Senior Manager, Partnership and Engagement in the Education and Career Guidance (ECG) Branch in Student Development Curriculum Division 1, you will be overseeing partnership and engagement efforts in the Branch.

**What you will be working on**
- Lead and drive strategic development in partnership efforts in the ECG Branch to support schools (e.g. identify and establish partnership with relevant industry partners, match industry partners with schools’ needs to deepen ECG efforts, serve as point-of-contact for both partners and schools)
- Lead, design and implement effective communication and engagement with key stakeholders (e.g. create content for suitable communication channels for engagement with stakeholders)
- Support and coordinate key Branch events (e.g. national level ECG fairs for students, industry-networking sessions for ECG Counsellors)
- Committee work related to ECG

**What we are looking for**
- Experience in project and programme management, stakeholder engagement, marketing and promotion of programme and services in support of ECG implementation would be an advantage
- Professional and confident in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. Economic Agencies, to understand needs and devise possible solutions
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
