**What the role is**
- Manager/Senior Manager, Partnership and Engagement, Public Engagement Division
**What you will be working on**
- 1) Focus on business development to increase SSG's engagement and signposting efforts to Singaporeans by building collaborations based on insights from data and feedback of individuals’ interactions and consumption of SkillsFuture initiatives: a) Gather intelligence and analyse data/info from various behavioural insights and SSG service touchpoints on individuals’ learning behaviour and training needs b) Leverage research to translate future business trends into emerging skills and jobs c) Develop and implement engagement strategies and that includes partner and target audience engagement. Look for new and creative ways to engage the mentioned stakeholders d) Engage and signpost individuals to pivot career development through skills and training, by working with strategic partners e) Work with internal stakeholders to proliferate key initiatives and communications efforts 2) Account-manage strategic partners to develop signposting programmes and contents for the communities and target audience segments: a) Outreach and build networks with strategic partners that include trade associations & chambers and training providers to understand sector needs b) Work with public and private partners to conceptualise, develop and implement targeted signposting programmes and initiatives for segments of individuals c) Manage partner contracts, disbursements and other administrative matters d) Conduct and monitor periodic reporting of partners’ efforts and outcomes
