Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Ø Maintaining 3X rolling pipeline vs targets

Ø Handling both inbound and outbound calls

Ø Identify opportunities and work directly with end-customer and/or the channel partners to close

Ø Ability to articulate product offerings to solve a customer challenge or pain point

Ø Other responsibilities include accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting and pipeline tracking via Salesforce

**Requirements**:
Ø 2 years minimum experience in software sales. Database sales experience will be an advantage.

Ø Sales hunter with passion to grow the business

Ø Structured and organized

Ø Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills

Ø Successful track record of exceeding targets

Ø Self-starter with the flexibility to manage the changing market
