**YOU ARE**:
The Vice President of Client Success is one of the most important roles at SoftServe. This role is fully responsible for the complete success of our clients. This position is a business leader, focused on an appropriately small number of clients with control of the resources necessary to provide a premium client experience (Delivery, Solutions, and Client farming).
- Your qualifications include_
- 3+ years of leading delivery, consulting, or client-facing organizations in software outsourcing or related industry
- Track of using engaging presentation and written communication skills with senior clients
- Record of developing strategic sales with corporate clients
- In-depth knowledge of software development principles and current technologies, mobile, SaaS, and design methodologies
- Excellent client-facing skills
- A perfect manager of people and their growth
- Skilled in Agile development methodologies (or similar software development processes)

**YOU WANT TO WORK WITH**:

- Owning an operating Profit/Loss to balance investments in client growth with operating costs while maintaining a best-in-class NPS
- Building client relationships (30%+ travel to client’s location) with the senior levels
- Contribution to his or her clients’ success, including active participation in clients’ strategy sessions
- Managing the operating P/L with the ability to partner with finance to manage the balance of cost and investment in client growth
- Building and maintaining a team where client solutions, Client farming, and Delivery Leaders all work in coordination to win

- Ensure a premium client experience and optimize the costs in the portfolio of clients
- Care about the success of the client and believe in their ability to grow the relationship to grow the business
