JOB DESCRIPTION Plan, supervise and organize work in the areas of essential facilities maintenance like air-conditioning system, pest control lighting / electrical systems, fire protection system, lifts, renewal of licenses and etc. Source and work with vendors / contractors in ensuring the inspection and up keeping of buildings and related equipment, infrastructure systems meet the prevailing sector specific government regulations. Supervise, training and evaluating the performance of workers in respect of maintenance work, kitchen, reception and laundry. Handle the project related works in regards to facility maintenance. Ensure all statutory licenses, permits and maintenance contracts are renewed timely. Ensure cleanliness, security and well being of the building is well maintained and meet the prevailing sector specific government regulations. Ensure vendors / contractors carry out works in accordance with safety and contract requirements, including evaluation of contractors’ performance and review of contract specifications. Weekly store/inventory issuance, upkeep and monitoring. Other administrative duties like documents and record control and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS Professional Certificate in Facility Management or equivalent Certification in Fire Safety Manager would be an advantage Working experience in managing workplace facility Preferably with supervisory experience Ablility to supervise and work with matured colleagues
