Roles & Responsibilities

Japan MNC Company looking for customer service at call centre. Shift is allowed to choose. Training and certificate course is provided by the company.

Location: West (5min from Jurong East MRT)

Working hours : 4days work Choose shift (8:30am - 8:30pm / 8:30pm - 8:30am)

Off days: rotate (1 weekend will off)

Salary range : $2.1 - $2.3k + Shift allowance (max $300) + Quarterly performance incentive (max $750)

GROSS : up to $3400

Annual Leave : 14 days + 1 day each year, max 25 days

AWS : 1 month basic

Training : Attend 5 days security certificate course paid by company, 6-month training bond

Jobscope:
1. To attend to customers’ enquiries on products, accounts and services, and offer alternatives solutions to fulfill customer needs, ensuring total customer satisfaction.

2. To gather customer feedback, identify problem trends and highlight to Team Leader & Supervisors for discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.
