**About Casa Mia Coliving**

**Project Manager (Real Estate)**

Casa Mia Coliving is looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the new home launches, from planning to final delivery of the new homes for our coliving members.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversees the entire project management process and budget for launching new homes.
- Manages the design drawings, project timelines, workscope throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Coordinates the project procurement process.
- Provides periodic status of the projects internally to the rest of the team involved in home launches (Marketing, Sales, and Community).
- Coordinates with the Community team for the handover process and checks.
- Grows and expands the team.

**Requirements**:

- Process oriented, eye for detail, with demonstrated organisational skills and ability to implement ideas.
- Having existing relationships with home improvement vendors is required (residential general contractors, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, handyman,)
- Familiarity with leading project management tools.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in project management required, with experience in residential real estate.
- Good negotiator and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Prior experience in coliving or property management is a plus.
