**About the Job**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the digital editorial calendar and ensure that all digital content is produced to schedule with time for review.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Ensure all digital content is SEO optimized and tagged appropriately
- Work closely with the social media, and influencer teams to ensure that all content is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
- Conduct regular content audits and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with freelancers and contributors, ensuring that all content is produced to the highest standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation and distribution.
- Mentor and support our team of in house brand specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality work output in regard to copy and editorial content.

**Your Profile**:

- English as a first language.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital content creation and editing.
- Background in beauty preferred but not essential.
- Proven track record of creating and editing engaging and high-quality digital content across multiple platforms.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of grammar, style and tone.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and target audience.
- Expertise in content management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadline.
- Strong management skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of content creators (one direct report)
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation and distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
