Maven Potter is on the hunt for a seasoned videographer with **strong production capabilities** — someone who can take a project from storyboard to shoot day, owning everything from camera and lighting to directing talent on set.

We value creative thinkers, self-starters, and people who can keep a cool head when the timeline’s tight and the lights are overheating. A sense of humour — and a tolerance for the occasional bout of production chaos — is a definite plus.

**This is a full-time position based in Singapore.**

**Key Responsibilities**

Pre-production
- Provide research support to Executive Producer based on briefs given
- Creatively storyboard and provide treatment recommendations within the limits of the resources provided
- Provide production advisory based on site recce
- Put together all necessary production documents (schedule, notes, checklist, shot list etc.)
- Lead technical preparations and equipment pre-testing for various production requirements

Production
- Oversee all technical and creative aspects to ensure smooth production and seamless post-production delivery
- Set-up appropriate lighting environments for different shoot conditions
- Capture cinematic visuals and creative cutaways with confidence — especially in fast-paced, run-and-gun environments that demand strong technical fundamentals
- Provide directions to capture best audio outcomes
- Handle a variety of production equipment
- Maintain keen attention to all production set details, ensuring quality control and seamless execution

Post-Production
- Demonstrate competence in either Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve
- Provide clear video outcomes to video editors
- Provide post production advisory in consult with Producer/AP
- Source supporting content to create desired post production outcomes (e.g. audio files, visuals, special effects etc.)
- Communicate required visual imagery to graphic designer when needed

Other requirements:

- Adapt to varying production schedules and environment
- Travel for overseas production works
- Perform routine maintenance for equipment
- Comfortable working on tight deadlines and managing multiple concurrent projects

Pay: SGD3.8k - SGD 4.5k (Commensurates with experience)
