**Key Responsibilities**
- **Editorial Leadership**: Develop and execute the editorial vision for Genius Group’s publishing platform, setting the tone, style, and standards for all content, including news articles, videos, podcasts, and interactive media.
- **Team Management**: Build, lead, and inspire a diverse editorial team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- **Content Strategy**: Create a robust content strategy that drives engagement, enhances brand visibility, and positions Genius Group as a thought leader in **AI** and **tech** news.
- **Multimedia Integration**: Oversee the production of multimedia content, including videos and podcasts, ensuring seamless integration with written articles and other digital content.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all content meets the highest standards of accuracy, relevance, and editorial integrity. Implement editorial guidelines and workflows to maintain consistency and quality across all platforms.
- **Audience Engagement**: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our audience through interactive content such as quizzes, polls, and other digital tools.
- **Market Trends & Innovation**: Stay ahead of trends in **AI**, **tech**, and digital media, continuously innovating to keep the platform at the cutting edge of the industry.
- **Collaboration & Partnerships**: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and sales, to align content strategies with overall business goals. Establish and maintain partnerships with key industry players and influencers.
- **Analytics & Performance**: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor content performance, optimize editorial strategies, and report on key metrics to senior leadership.
- **Compliance & Ethics**: Uphold the highest standards of journalistic ethics and ensure all content complies with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of **8 years** in a senior editorial role within a leading news organization, digital media company, or tech-focused publication. Experience in managing large editorial teams and driving content strategy at a regional or global level.
- **Expertise in AI & Tech**: Strong knowledge and passion for **AI**, **technology**, and their impact on society. Proven ability to create compelling content in these areas.
- **Leadership & Management**: Demonstrated success in leading and managing editorial teams, with a strong track record of fostering talent and driving innovation.
- **Multimedia Savvy**: Experience in producing and integrating multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and interactive digital experiences.
- **Strategic Vision**: Ability to develop and execute a long-term content strategy that aligns with business objectives and resonates with a global audience.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in using analytics tools to track content performance, understand audience behavior, and inform editorial decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Deep understanding of cultural nuances across the **APAC** region, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.
