Defines, refines, executes and communicates search strategies. Acts as an expert in assigned regions, line of businesses, functions and technologies. Analyzes industry, product and geographical trends in talent. Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.

Generates ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. May create specifications for reports based on business requests.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Support peers and teams in the performance of duties and completion of talent acquisition work priorities.
Offer technical advice and knowledge to others within the recruitment and talent discipline.
Participate in the deployment of global projects in region relating to the improvement of talent acquisition practices.

Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings.
Extract the necessary data required for monthly and weekly reporting from the e-recruitment system and assist with the analysis of this data, preparing it for presentation to the relevant forums.

Prepare reports on basis of raw data using Advanced Excel and prepare Powerpoint presentation slides and PowerBI dashboards

Ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyse data flows.
Manage Talent Acquisition vendors and billings

**Required Experience**:
Demonstrated experience in working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at different levels in the business
Proficient in talent acquisition technologies including experience in e-recruitment systems

Excellent in data analysis and experienced in advanced Excel and Powerpoint and PowerBI presentation

Tech Savvy and capable of preparing and presenting reports in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint

Should be passionate about Talent Acquisition, data analysis, presentation.

Experience in Talent Acquisition methodology is required

Exposure to PMO activities will be an advantage

Experience working on Workday system would be an advantage
