**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a **Senior Recruiter, Asia, **to join Procore’s APAC Recruitment team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow and scale our business across Asia. Being the first recruiter in Singapore, you will have a unique opportunity to set a very high bar as we continue to grow our business across Asia.

This position reports to Manager, APAC Talent Acquisition, and will be based in Singapore. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the hiring for all of our roles across Asia and support the broader APAC team
- Be a trusted advisor to our hiring managers and build out best practices for hiring top talent in new regions
- Set a high bar for talent, sourcing and identifying new ways to build the Procore brand in new markets
- Put a strong emphasis on diversity and take pride in forming teams that bring together a range of thoughts and perspectives
- Become an expert across our Talent systems (Smart Recruiters, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter)

**What we’re looking for**:

- 5+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably within SaaS or software company
- A consistent track record of success in being able to hire a range of roles in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Experience building out a hiring process from scratch and working with teams that are hiring for the first time
- Ability to think strategically and build collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders
- An empathetic, adaptable, and highly motivated Recruiter
- A desire to dig into the details of hiring nuances and deliver high-quality results
