**The Job**:
AR Collection
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up for timely payment of outstanding invoices
- Update and record receipts in a timely manner
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and customer statement of accounts
- Update and monitor the list of unreconciled receipts
- Ensure banking and cash handling procedure are adhered accordingly and highlight to manager when necessary
- Perform Debtors’ reconciliations and confirmations, including inter-company transactions

AR Billing
- Process all billing requests, billing cancellations and generate credit / debit notes
- Mediate and resolve AR invoice disputes
- Coordinate on the approval of bad debts write off forms

Other Responsibilities
- Assist in internal and external audit matters
- Assist with month-end closing
- Propose any changes to the AR processes
- Update SOP as and when changes are made to AR process
- Brief respective sales team on AR process when required
- Any other tasks as assigned by Senior Manager / Manager

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficient in SAP Hana, MS Excel & MS Word
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Team player with strong sense of commitment and urgency to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Matured personality with initiative and self-motivated
- Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
