**JD **Hardware **Design Manager**
Manage a team of hardware engineers with responsibility to bring product to factory production
Support management team in product roadmap and specification.
Lead project developments
Hardware specification and design.
Board design, BOM and PCB layout
Support compliance certification program like CE/FCC, logo etc
Transfer of products to production factory
Support system development infrastructure like test equipment, tools, software etc
Provide technical support to key customers and field engineers.
Preparation of training material and conduct training.
**Requirements**:
Minimum Bachelor /Master degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 10 years experience in the area of wireless product and hardware design
- 5 years experience in managing a product/hardware development team
Strong Knowledge and working experience with smart & IOT devices are preferred.
**Skills**:
Compliance, Documentation, Technical Support
