**Introduction**:
Assist the Administrative Team in liaising shipment schedules with shipping agents and the Production Team on orders.
- Handling and liaising with shipping agents for shipments.
- Preparation of shipment documents (Invoices, Packing List, Delivery Order, COA, MSDS).
- Update of purchase order records to system file.
- Arrangement and packing of sample despatches to customers via DHL/Fedex.
- Preparation of sample shipment documents (Sample Invoices, sample list, MSDS).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:Higher/Nitec Certificate and/or Diploma Holder**
- Experience of working within the Flavours and Fragrance industry - essential;
- 2-3 Years of working experience*
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Am computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise work to specified deadlines;
- Literate in English
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and possess good initiative
- Able to withstand chemicals odour/smell.
- Able to start work within a month's notice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month
