Associate, Liability Defense, 1-2 Years Exp

Kennedys Legal Solutions is looking for a Paralegal with 1-2 years' litigation experience* to join our Singapore office in the Liability Defence team.

This is a great opportunity for Paralegal who is keen to work on Singapore litigation work and be part of a collegiate and highly regarded team within a fast growing international law firm.

**Team**

Kennedys Singapore office was established in 2008 and in 2015 entered into a joint law venture (JLV) with local Singapore law firm, Legal Solutions to create Kennedys Legal Solutions. Kennedys Legal Solutions is the Singapore office of the international law firm Kennedys which has 71 offices and associated offices/corporation around the world.

Kennedys Legal Solutions pride ourselves on helping our clients navigate both business and legal challenges throughout the Asia Pacific region and across multiple practice areas, with a focus on the insurance and reinsurance sector. We provide a seamless suite of services across both English and Singapore law.

Our Liability Defence team in Singapore is led by three well regarded partners with extensive experience handling a range of insurance related disputes. The team in Singapore is part of the wider Kennedys Commercial Litigation team with lawyers in various offices across our global network.

- Personal injury and property damage motor claims
- Work injury compensation and common law work injury claims
- Public liability claims
- High value personal injury claims in the High Court and Court of Appeal
- Advice on regulatory law and drafting

**Required experience**
- 1-2 years' litigation experience*
- Motor, work injury, public liability claims and liability experience
- Ability to manage own time, excellent organisation skills
- Strong technical and research skills
- Attention to detail
- Asian language skills would be advantageous
