Retail Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily retail operations, strategize for sales growth, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor sales associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment, including dressing rooms, stock rooms, and product displays, while prioritizing safety.
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to staff, focusing on service excellence, effective selling techniques, and product knowledge.
- Optimize workforce scheduling to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, address inquiries and concerns, and manage customer database.
- Assist in developing merchandising plans, control budget allocation, and analyze inventory levels and product assortment.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, recommend product mix, and evaluate suppliers.
- Devise and implement advertising, promotional, and digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement. Analyze sales, profit, and inventory budgets, prepare comprehensive reports, and oversee procurement while maintaining security protocols.
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma or other relevant fields
- Min 1-2 years of supervisory/Managerial experience in the retail industry
- Experience in supervising of staff. Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays (shift work)
