Team Introduction
The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and manage fraud risk from payment channel risk management perspective, detailed risk types including payment fraud, account takeover risks and more.
- Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reduce PSP and issuer risk rejections and improve the payment acceptance ratio.
- Work with PSPs and card schemes to develop and implement effective risk solutions, enhancing overall risk management capabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive fraud risk assessments for payment integration projects, covering risk types, exposure, mitigation measures, and solutions. Oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of channels from a risk management standpoint.
- Track and monitor channel risk exposure, detect abnormal user behavior, and take necessary actions to mitigate identified risks.
- Develop and implement risk solutions based on emerging risk patterns through collaboration with strategy, product, tech, and customer service teams.

- Solid risk management knowledge and skills, familiar with risk assessment and risk control methods and processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work closely with business departments and other relevant departments.
- Proficient in data analysis and statistical techniques, with advanced skills in SQL; Python knowledge is a plus.

Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to solve problems independently and complete tasks on time.
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, statistics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of working experience in the payment risk management area, familiar with risk management framework for the international payment industry.
