We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Client Support Services (CSS).**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Prepare and review minutes, resolutions other related documents or payments and execute/approve as authorised signatory
- Communicate with internal clients, global offices and local agents independently
- Provide support to Trust Management team, to advise and assist on documentation and other matters
- Work with other departments to facilitate delivery of administration service to customers
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
- Protecting the Trust Company & the HSBC Group by acting as First Line of Defence and observing all AML/CFT controls/measures
- Assist in ad hoc assignments / projects

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary education and Trust professional qualification (STEP) preferred
- Relevant trust admin experience in the Trust Industry
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
