**The Role**:

- You will network with Interior Designers, Contractors, Developers. Architects, etc and acquire new projects and new accounts.
- You will learn, develop and grow markets for Smart Home/Home Automation B2B/B2C solutions or clients through effective outbound prospecting.
- You will acquire new sales and achieve sales profit goals. You need to drive the sales process: targeting top prospects, develop value-based proposals, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating and closing.
- Consistent management of the CRM system.
- Follow through on sold projects to ensure satisfactory completion. Ensure a smooth sales-to-operations turnover and monitor project execution. Assist in resolving installation, collections, and other customer satisfaction issues as needed.

**What You Need to Have?**
- He/she must possess sales background in selling home automation/home fitting/interior designing/physical security (CCTV) solutions, etc.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
- Experience and comfortable with cold calling and other outbound prospecting duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Results driven, independent and self-motivated.
- Extensive Product Training will be provided.
