IT Support Engineer

Role
- Provide all levels of End User support
- Effectively interfaces with executive-level staff and\or their administrative teams to understand the issues they are experiencing, and perform diagnostic procedures to isolate and resolve the issues.
- Manage IT Assets
- Escalate or work in tangent with appropriate support specialists or support groups on unresolved issues.
- Escalate hardware repairs to third party providers as needed.
- Maintains call records/logs and resolution detail utilizing case management solution, Remedy.
- Travel to offsite data centre
- Assist with other IT task as defined by management
- Knowledge in this technologies (Windows Server AD, Dell Server, and Switches FortiGate FW, Windows, Mac, Mobile, Microsoft 365, telephony system

Requirement:

- IT-related qualification
