**Our Client**
Our client is an European company engages in high-tech beauty products and is a global beauty and well-being brand that is the fastest-growing in its industry. They are seeking for a self-motivated and driven individual from beauty luxury sector to join the team in Singapore office.
**The Role**
- Plan, strategize, and lead the sales team for the development of account strategies, and coordination of additional resources to achieve sales goals.
- Build and develop business with current as well as new retailer partners in the SEA Region.
- Identify new sales channels for business growth in SEA Region.
- Manage accounts P&Ls.
- Liaise with Global Brand Director and SEA Marketing Manager to plan, strategise and execute new product launches.
- Work jointly with the marketing team to ensure all trade activities are correctly implemented across SEA countries.
- Analyse campaigns, identify trends and submit quick and up-to-date reports. Improve profitability and retail performance.
**Your Profile**
- Mininum 7 years of experience in a similar role with regional sales experience (ideally with exposure to both direct and travel retail, as well as e-commerce segments) from the beauty industry (skin care, beauty, luxury products).
- Experience in working with Sephora and similar vendors, and running a distributor, is an advantage.
- Exquisite relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Excellent in English in writing and speaking.
- Be resourceful in troubleshooting, and handling accounts.
- Have a positive attitude and resourceful ideas.
