**Job Descriptions**:

- To be the “brand ambassador” for the venue as first point of contact for all guests.
- Manage lobby reception duties.
- Promptly answers incoming calls to attend to phone inquiries.
- Ensuring all reservations are confirmed
- Updating guests seating becomes unavailable due to weather or other circumstance
- Maintains crowd control (especially during rainy weather).
- Communicates with respective outlets on guests’ ETA etc. via company’s handset.
- Any other tasks assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Font office or reception experience in hospitality or luxury retail industry
- Great communication and service skills.
- Able to stand and walk throughout the shift period.
- High degree of accuracy and preservice
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Well-groomed and has takes pride in looking good.
