**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Commodities Trade Support team in Singapore is offering an exciting opportunity for dynamic professionals to be part of a team that focuses on delivering outstanding client experience, driving changes and controlling risks.

As a Commodities Trade Support Analyst in the team, you will be responsible for playing for a key role in each transaction lifecycle, interacting closely with sales, trading, vendors, and other business partners to ensure a seamless business flow. The Commodities team also has a strong focus on supporting business growth through driving process improvements and utilizing intelligent automation tools to create efficiencies and competitive advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

- Providing operational and logístical support for Physical Commodities sales and trading desks
- Ensure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed off on a timely basis.
- Close collaboration with Front office, operations, credit, compliance, legal and technology team to ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including financial institutions, clients, vendors, front office, credit, legal and operations team globally.
- Identifying and work to deliver process improvements which increases efficiency, enhance control or reduce manual touchpoints.
- Clear and concise communication with all support teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of queries
- Participate and contribute to the various strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in either Trade/Sales support/ Middle Office/ Settlements within Financial Services
- Strong focus on controls, attention to details and sense of ownership
- Develop strong relationships with both clients and internal business partners.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Meticulous, independent, self-motivated with good analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Commodities products
- Prior knowledge/experience on Intelligent Automation Tools e.g., Alteryx, UiPath
