**Commodity Risk Analyst**

Commodity Risk Analyst is a key control role responsible for monitoring risk and exposure of our trading activities and delivering independent daily exposure and P&L and providing traders with insightful analysis for our business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting and analysis of P&L, exposures, and futures margin requirements etc.
- Ensure timely validation of trades, deal level MTM, exposure and P&L
- Reconcile positions and P&L with brokers/clearing houses
- Ensure system data integrity, develop and maintain TRM system
- Collaborate closely with finance, operations and trading teams to resolve any discrepancies on counterparty, pricing, volume etc
- Develop tools and metrics to provide better insights into the business activities and key drivers of P&L and returns
- Support trader and finance on P&L matters, including explanation on P&L movement and month end process
- Ad-hoc risk and other matters like support task backup to other departments

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in finance
- At least 3-5 years of Risk, Product Control or related experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Able to multi task and work under pressure
- Experience in use of new technologies (e.g. Python, Power BI) highly advantageous
