**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Ops and Marketing Intern**to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations and marketing efforts of a dynamic company. You will work on a variety of projects, contributing to our core business functions and helping us build strong relationships with our community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations & Administration**:Assist with essential administrative tasks, including payment processing, expense tracking, and data entry, to ensure our daily operations run smoothly.
- **Teacher Relations**:Support our relationship with teachers by assisting with communication, scheduling, and providing administrative support to ensure their needs are met.
- **Customer Service**:Act as a front-line resource for customer inquiries, delivering excellent service and building positive relationships with our community through various communication channels.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and eager to take on new challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
