Singapore IPSEN PHARMA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

Lead a strategy approach in collaboration with the local brand team, regional access team, and global access team to maximize access to Ipsen brands while considering the significance of Ipsen's product value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision makers, medical groups/practices, office staff involved in the care of patients by providing approved, disease and product value proposition, under group compliance policy.

Ensure account management approach roadmap is well established in Ipsen SG & MY

**Market Access Maximization**
- Accountable for the ongoing adaptation, development and refinement of the market access strategy, plans and tactics for Ipsen products throughout the lifecycle
- Develop and execute access strategies through working on pricing, value story and pharmacoeconomic modelling to maximize reimbursement opportunity eg. OCPA, NLEM
- Take leadership role for pricing alignment between Country and Global including be responsible for the local pricing process implementation
- Develop, implement and monitor patient access program of Ipsen brands

**External Affairs Lead**
- Develop external affairs strategy through deep insights obtained from external stakeholders within the healthcare system i.e government sector, policy makers etc.
- Build and leverage external stakeholder networks and maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and influencers.
- To be point of contact and be responsible for the GPO tender process

**Account Management Project Champion**
- Ensure that the Key Account management approach is clearly conveyed and adopted by working closely with the cross-functional Brand Team
- Drive the implementation of Ipsen’s Key account management approach to achieve sale and non-sale performance. This includes accounts prioritization, key account planning, executing and monitoring.

Implement special projects as per assignment
