Market Access Manager, SG & MY

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and legal, to develop market access plans that meet the needs of stakeholders and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the local brand team and regional/global access team to maximize access for Ipsen’s products and upcoming new launches in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external key stakeholders involved in the care of patients by providing approved, disease and product value proposition, under group compliance policy.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Market Access Maximization**
- Lead pricing and negotiation of contracting with public/private payers and providers, and support tender management in coordination with other functions
- Accountable for the ongoing adaptation, development and refinement of the market access strategy, plans and tactics for Ipsen products throughout the lifecycle, including integrating into brand plans
- Develop and execute market access and pricing strategies for obtaining product reimbursement in Singapore and Malaysia with optimal price (e.g., MAF, CDL, Blue book)
- Develop pricing proposal and business case to secure internal price approval from global value access team, local pricing process implementation and pricing database maintainance
- Develop, implement and management of patient access program of Ipsen brands

**External Affairs Lead**
- Develop external affairs strategy through deep insights obtained from external stakeholders within the healthcare system i.e MOH Drug Advisory Committees, ACE, HTA Bodies, KOLs, Industry Associations, Academic Associations etc.
- Build and leverage external stakeholder networks and maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Participate in government affairs/policymaker’s discussion and industry association meetings to collect market insights and to shape policy/ favorable environment

**Ethics & Compliance**
- Maintain strict compliance with all applicable policies, code of practice and laws, especially those related to interactions with government officials

**Required Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science or related fields
- Fluent in English and/or Chinese/Malay both written and speaking
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, MNCs, in Sales/Marketing management or Market Access Management will be preferred.
- Strong capabilities in Administration and Management - knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, project management, and coordination of people and resources
