- Proven experience in Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Knowledge, CTI).
- Skilled in integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy complex business logic, workflows, flows, and automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Experienced in Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Follows Salesforce best practices for coding, bulkification, security, and governor limits.
- Conducts code reviews and ensures high test coverage.
- Works closely with architects, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Mentors junior developers and provides technical leadership.
- Preferred certifications: Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Application Architect.
- Bonus skills: MuleSoft, Heroku, Data Cloud, Agile methodology.
