**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Audit Associate to join our dynamic audit team in Singapore. You will play a crucial role in delivering quality audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. **Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and complete financial statement audits in accordance with Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSA) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Develop a strong understanding of clients' businesses and internal control systems.
- Perform risk assessments and identify key audit areas.
- Prepare audit work papers that adequately document the audit procedures performed and the conclusions reached.
- Conduct tests of controls and substantive procedures to gather sufficient and appropriate audit evidence.
- Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to management.
- Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit team members, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training to junior staff.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional conduct.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards, auditing regulations, and industry best practices.
- Participate in firm initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field from a recognized university.
- Possession of a relevant professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ISCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant external audit experience in a public accounting firm in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSA).
- Familiarity with audit software (e.g.,, Caseware) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience auditing clients in specific industries (e.g., financial services, technology, manufacturing).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff.
