Gamelogic started out with a small group of gaming enthusiasts and has since expanded into a full-fledged game development studio. As gaming enthusiasts, we are adamant about one thing: which is to have fun. Our goal is to create innovative casual games that will penetrate the global market. Our team is made up of experienced game designers, programmers and artists and we are constantly looking to nurture the next generation of game developers.

**Title: Game Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate effectively with other departments of the development team (Tech, Art, QA, Product, etc) to create the best product possible;
- Provide well designed and balanced systems/content based on the overall game creative direction to meet the KPI requirements;
- Create effective documentation for all systems designed in a clear manner & make it understandable for the entire development team;
- Maintain a data driven design methodology for systems/content design by careful analysis of user feedback and key metrics to adjust game play and balance;
- Conduct preliminary testing to ensure that all systems/content are implemented as intended.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in Game Design and/or Degree in Game Design, Computer Science or any relevant field.
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Excel;
- Ability to create detailed and effective documentation;
- Ability to create basic mock-ups based on UX design theories;
- Comprehensive knowledge of PC/mobile games and relevant game design theories;
- Deep passion for games across multiple genres on PC/mobile platforms;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills and promote conducive environment for collaboration and team play;
**Bonus**:

- Experience working with game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine;
- Experience working with agile production methodologies and relevant project management tools such as JIRA;

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
