**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Tax, Finance, and Procurement colleagues from parent or affiliated companies to support overseas global sites in procurement system establishment, positioning Singapore as the global hub for procurement operations.
- Manage the full procurement execution process, including sourcing, PR/PO processing, quotation review, supplier follow-up, and delivery coordination.
- Supervise a team of at least 2 procurement team members, providing operational leadership, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies and audit standards, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to drive procurement efficiency.
- Assist in contract review and supplier performance evaluations.
- Support process optimization initiatives, cost-saving activities, and risk identification and mitigation.
- Ensure timely and accurate procurement transactions in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Demonstrate professional integrity, fairness, and alignment with the company’s best interests in all procurement decisions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
- **At least 5 years of procurement experience**, with **2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role**.
- **Experience in a manufacturing environment is plus. Working experience in a multinational company (MNC)**or regional/global procurement setup is highly preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking counterparts and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a hands-on attitude.
- Proficient in ERP procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to lead a small team, work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and initiative.
