Singapore CHILDREN'S MUSEUM SINGAPORE Full time

Manager/Assistant Manager of Procurement will report to Head, Corporate Services. Working closely with Corporate Services and Estate Management team, you will be part of the team to ensure smooth running of procurement and administration at Children’s Museum Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with requestors to facilitate the procurement process: Identify scope and requirements, ensure compliance to Government IM, review of procurement documents and manage the tender and quotation process.
- Review procurement documents, forms including Purchase Requisition Form (PR), Purchase Order (PO), contracts and other procurement related documents.
- Implement a procurement system to automate and improve the procurement process
- Processing purchase orders and documents
- Key representative from Finance team to assist in the tender evaluation process
- Review and update of policies on procurement to facilitate continuous improvement of processes with good governance and sound internal controls.
- Assist in the management of related funds for these purchases including budgets, variance analysis and reporting.
- Assist in staff claims processing
- Contract management and administration
- Administration support for Corporate Services department

Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting, Business or related fields
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, handling public sector procurement and contract management.
- Strong understanding of procurement fundamentals, best practices, and ethics
- Meticulous, independent, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work well under time pressure
- Analytical with a continuous improvement mindset
