**What the role is**

The HRSC is a centre under the HR Division of Ministry HQ providing key HR services for MHA’s workforce. There are six branches in HRSC. This post is under the Boarding and Development Services Branch, which oversees hiring, exit and development admin services in MHA.
Job Purpose
The SAE assists Senior Executives / Assistant Director, Exit Management on the administration and processing of exit functions for Home Team officers. He/She is required to work closely with Home Team Departments (HTD), Vital and also liaise with officers on the processes.
**What you will be working on**
- Principle accountabilities
Exit
- Provide advice on procedures, process, guidelines related issues to officers
- Liaise closely with Vital and HTDs to ensure cases are processed
- Assist with the preparation of submissions for approval
- Prepare and issue relevant documents relating to exit
- Responsible for record keeping and tracking of overall status of exits
Re-employment
- Work with HTDs on re-employment, based on criteria and eligibility

Major Challenges
- Meeting the expectations of management and stakeholders and ensuring that service standards are met amidst a constant volume of cases.
- Understand the diverse profiles of the HTDs and their requirements in order to accurately assess and recommend relevant solutions to meet the organisation’s needs.
- Keep up with changes to HR policies and operating landscape.
**What we are looking for**
- Meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out the job responsibilities with mínimal supervision
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills to engage, negotiate, and establish rapport with internal teams and other stakeholders to achieve goals and objectives.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical capability, writing and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
- Comfortable with data and new technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and SAP would be an advantage.
- Preferably with working experience in Human Resource.
Note: this is a 6 to 9 months contract
