Roles & Responsibilities

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the whole spectrum of human resources tasks, including recruitment, on-boarding, coaching, performance management, compensation & benefit, employee engagement and compliance initiatives. Be leading a HR/Admin team, you shall act as a business partner to provide quality HR/Admin support to optimise people, structure, policies and processes in line with business’ objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage monthly payroll process as well as salary reviews and bonus payment in alignment with staff work performance. Ensure compliance and timely submission of monthly CPF and Tax filings for both local and foreign employees.
- Liaise and correspond with various government and statutory boards for all HR related issues, including surveys, e-submissions and employee statistics for government reporting.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities, lead recruitment effort to hire and on-board new employees to fill vacant positions, conduct new employee orientation.
- Lead and facilitate performance management systems for performance appraisals, annual increment, disputes handling and talent retention.
- Manage different employment exits processes, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Determine employee relation practices to create employee engagement, foster positive morale, provide management direction and counselling regarding policies, procedures
- Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Continuously review HR policies, procedures and company handbook to be in line with the labour legislations and future business needs, maintain pay and benefit structure to remain competitive in work productivity and process efficiency.
- Investigate accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier. Coordinate Safety Committee meetings and acts as Assistant Safety Director.
- Manage admin team to provide general support like stationary, office equipment and facilities.
- Co-Manage office premises maintenance including agreement, leasing, usage etc.
- Any other HR/admin works assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Familiar with and possesses strong knowledge of Employment Act, Singapore Labour Laws and Legislations
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills in both written and oral English
- Outstanding interpersonal skill and highly empathetic
- Constant learning, dynamic and Can-Do attitudes are highly preferred
- Experience with Timesoft will be advantageous
