DepartmentOperations- LevelInternship- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Participate in inbound processes such as receiving, quality-checking and counting of items whether in eaches or pallets
- Assist inventory putaway, out-of-stock replenishment, cycle count, and troubleshooting
- Aid outbound processes such as picking, sorting, checking, packing and manifest in various outbound modules
- Identify problems and suggest improvement initiatives in existing standard operating procedures
- Support existing and/or formulate new key performance indicators based on As-Is and To-Be setups
- Lead projects and propose ideas with regards to improvements in warehouse processes

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related field
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to make an impact
- Full-time interns are preferred (3-6 months)
