Spotify has connected millions of people to their favorite songs and created a service for people to discover and enjoy the music and audio content they love. The Studios Accounting Supervisor is dedicated to overseeing the day-to-day production accounting tasks for audio and video projects.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate PO, vendor, and project set-up.
- Audit production payroll and accounts payable submissions.
- Review and approval of incoming AP invoices via spend management systems.
- Track payment progress and communicate status to project managers, production managers and necessary partners.
- Updating expense trackers and reporting of studio actuals and project budgets.
- Maintain project timelines for multiple programs, ensuring all approvals and payments remain on-schedule.

What You'll Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting and/or project management experience.
- FP&A or comparable Finance experience a plus.
- Comfortable working in Google Suite and a Google Sheets expert.
- Ability to work under pressure and set deadlines.
- Self-driven, excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, good judgment and professionalism when interfacing with internal and external vendors/partners.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable with a schedule that aligns with the needs of various global teams.
- Experience working with high volume of request from numerous stakeholders.
