**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for designing the environment concept art. In-depth understanding of the level and gameplay. Show the fun and charm of the level through concept art.

2. Responsible for designing in-game architectures, and creative design for hard surface props and vehicles.

3. Imaginative and creative. Have flexible design thinking, good art and drawing skills, and high aesthetic intelligence in the framework, lines, and colors. Able to provide professional feedback on the overall art performance. In-depth understanding of various art styles. Able to improve the quality of the art. Able to create the art style and innovate it.

4. Able to cooperate and communicate with others for creative design. Understand the pipeline of game character design, production, and development. Able to collaborate with game designers and programmers, 3D environment artists, animators, etc. to create realistic and immersive environments;
5. Cooperate with 3D environment artists to produce the environment. Split the concept art into more detailed parts, and add detailed descriptions and standards for structure and art performance; Responsible for the final in-game performance.

**Requirements**:
1. More than 5 years of experience in game environment design; with high-quality design works.

2. Communicate and cooperate with all departments in the team. Have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to work under pressure;
3. A solid foundation of art skills. Good drawing skills. Able to design the framework, lines, and colors precisely. Have a strong sense of responsibility. Able to work under pressure.

4. proficient in using PS and other drawing software, and able to use 3D CAD software (need to understand blender, UE4, C4D, 3Dcoat, and other 3D CAD’s workflow) to complete the environment concept design efficiently; Able to learn new concept art’s production tools and skills.

5. Have a strong work ethic. Willingness to promote quality standards in-game environment design.
