**Job Summary**

The Principal HR Executive is responsible for embedding High Performance Culture concepts into leadership development strategies, ensuring that leaders at all levels embody and drive a culture of excellence. This role involves designing and executing leadership development programmes that integrate cultural transformation principles, equipping leaders with the skills and mindset required to sustain high performance across the organisation. The incumbent will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to build leadership capabilities that align with business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

***1. Leadership Development Strategy & High Performance Culture Integration**

- Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy that integrates High Performance Culture principles.
- Design and deliver leadership training programmes that reinforce cultural transformation and high-performance mindsets.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify leadership development needs and create targeted interventions.

**2. Leadership Engagement & Educational Materials**

- Create and distribute educational materials, media content, and communication strategies to support leadership awareness and adoption of High Performance Culture values.
- Leverage digital platforms and innovative learning tools to enhance leadership engagement and development.

**3. Cultural Transformation & Change Leadership**

- Spearhead leadership-driven cultural transformation initiatives to embed high performance behaviours across all levels.
- Work closely with senior management to align cultural programmes with business objectives and leadership development goals.
- Identify and address cultural barriers to leadership effectiveness and recommend appropriate interventions.

**4. Succession Planning & Leadership Pipeline Development**

- Develop and implement a structured succession planning framework to ensure leadership continuity.
- Work with business leaders to identify high-potential talent and create personalised development plans.
- Establish mechanisms to track leadership readiness and support long-term talent retention.

**5. Reporting & Performance Measurement**

- Provide periodic reports on leadership development programme effectiveness, cultural maturity, and employee engagement levels.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure leadership impact on high performance culture and propose improvements.

**Qualifications & Experiences**

- Degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire leaders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a charismatic and influential presence.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across different departments.
- Experience in culture change initiatives, leadership development, or organisational development is an advantage.
